C’est une suite de 10 musiques de 30 secondes.
Générées de manière partiellement aléatoire par intelligence artificielle.
Poursuivant mon questionnement sur les rapprochements entre réel et fiction en musique, j’ai défié la musicalité des logiciels. J’ai donc cherché sur internet des générateurs de musique. J’ai choisi WolframTones qui intègre les recherches algorithmiques du scientifique Stephen Wolfram.
Jusqu’où peut-on laisser un logiciel composer seul ? À quel endroit intervient l’humain ? Quand commence le travail opératoire du compositeur ?
J’ai choisi les instruments, les tonalités et les tempos. Le logiciel a généré des musiques. J’ai ensuite sélectionné les titres puis les ai agencés dans un ordre défini.

It is a suite of 10 segments of 30 seconds.
Generated partially randomly with artificial intelligence.
Continuing my questions on real and fiction in music, I wanted to try the musicality of softwares. I looked for music generators on the internet and I chose WolframTones (based on the algorithms research of Stephen Wolfram).
Until where can we let a software compose ? Where interfere human ? When starts the operational work from the composer ?
I chose the instruments, the tones and the tempos. The software generated the segments of music. I did the selection and put them into a certain order.
